"Well. A very new motel style hotel. Nice staff. Really good breakfast. Great room, great bathroom. But, it is in the middle of no-where. In the middle of a rice paddy to be precise. Which I could admire from my balcony. Plus was it was very quiet. I was riding round Taiwan. I guess the location would not be a problem if I had a car. The location made it a little hard to find too. There is a convenience store about 200m away."

"The hotel is easy to find (but a bit tucked away in a residential area) and easy to reach by bus. It's very clean and spacious. If you come by tourist shuttle, take the Veteran's Hospital bus stop. You can easily go from here to Sun Moon Lake. There's a night market nearby, and a spacious Macdonald's with very enjoyable music. The friendly reception desk person did not speak English but we were able to communicate through Google Translate."

"The staff was very nice and helpful and the room was large but there were a few things about the stay that would make me not want to stay here again. First and foremost, there's no hand soap in the rooms. They said that they didn't provide disposable toiletries but I never would have imagined that included hand soap. That just made me feel very uncomfortable and felt like the whole hotel was gross that no one was washing their hands. I had to go to the store and buy my own hand soap. Secondly the carpets in the room were extremely dirty and stained. However the rest of the room was pretty clean. Lastly there was very loud music playing from somewhere around me for most of my stay. It was there when I checked in around 16:00 and stopped around 21:00 but resumed at 9:00 the next morning. I did appreciate the free laundry, including laundry detergent, but the dryers are the old kind that don't actually dry your clothes no matter how long you leave them in for."
